Hallo Allemaal,

Sinds 2 jaar een 1.9 cdti cosmo stationwagon uit 2005 (motor z19dth) . Nu heb ik recentelijk problemen met de auto, het motormanagement lampje springt aan. Dit gebeurde voorheen bij snelheden boven de 120 km/u. Gelezen in diverse topics hier wat het euvel kon zijn. Code wat aangegeven werd is P2279
Ondernomen acties zijn; LMM gereinigd, EGR gereinigd, Spruitstuk (bovenkap) gereinigd, onderstuk cleaner ingegooid. Slangetjes zijn bekeken maar niet defect. Auto heeft een week zonder problemen en foutcodes gelopen. Nu wederom een probleem, foutcode P1901 is erbij gekomen. In mijn omgeving roept men dat ik mogelijk de kat dien te vervangen of reinigen of anders mogelijk eruit halen en laten uit programmeren.

Is er iemand bekend met dit probleem en heeft een oplossing waar ik exact moet zijn of moet doen om mijn foutcodes te verhelpen.
 
Well the latest update... SUCCESS!! The car is going like the clappers and the DPF saturation is now 70% after a successful TECH2 manual regen, my neighbours must love me?!! The particulate filter pressure didn't get above 7, before it was mid to high 90's, hence the fault in the first place!!

I completely removed the DPF off the car this morning, managed to get under the car using just 1 standard Vauxhall jack standing on a piece of 4 x 2 for extra height and 1 axle stand for safety. I had a little trouble with the 15mm nut on the rear joint and 1 of the 13mm nuts on the front joint (plenty of WD40 and a long soak required!), but apart from that it came off easily enough with a bit of jiggery pokery. I took the advice of using Caustic Soda mixed with 5 litres of water, used gaffa tape to seal up all the outlets and filled it vertically from the front inlet and just let it soak for 20-30 mins in the upright position. Then out came the jet washer and I just blasted the absolute crap of it, rotating it regularly and end to end, loads of black soot came out, I just kept going until the water ran clear, then used a basic hair dryer to get rid of most of the moisture, before re-fitting (only took 30 mins!). Test drive was astounding, the performance completely restored and no spanner light, that turbo spinning is a wonderful sound!! I would recommend this to anyone who is having trouble, I could give a more in depth account to anyone out there that fancies giving it a go. All in all this fix has cost me £25 (that includes the price of the TECH2 interface and diagnostic software, oh and a bottle of Caustic Soda)!

I feel happy now, the car going like new...!

Helaas is dit niet het probleem...
Echt heel schoon is ie ook niet geworden, wel veel troep uit.
Nu zit er ook een onderdeel los, weet de naam niet. Achter het motorblok, een pijpje wat de uitlaatgassen wederom in het systeem laat zit los (hoort vast te zitten). Daarnaast is er denk ik een probleem met mijn wervelklep.

Wie kan mij helpen aan een goede en betaalbare oplossing. Mag ook een monteur zijn of beun omgeving nijmegen. Moet het namelijk uitbesteden! :negative:
