Astra g voorstoelen airbag

Hallo,



Ik heb ander interieur geplaatst in mijn astra g. Deze interieur heeft airbags in de voorstoelen, echter had mijn oude interieur dit niet. Nu ligt er wel gewoon een gele kabel onder de stoel die op de kabel van de stoel kan worden geklikt. Kan ik dit zo aansluiten zonder problemen? En werken ze dan direct? Of moet dit nog met de opcom of iets geactiveerd worden.

Astra G has also additional side impact sensors in the doors. You don't have them, so will not work anyway. Airbag ecu is not coded for side airbags, so will not work also.

I was talking about the airbags in the seats. Yes, i dont have airbags in the door. There is a cable comming trough the floor(yellow cable) wich i can connect to the seat. So your saying that wont work?



In the previous seat the yellow cabble was not connected. Why is the cable there if it is not possible to connenct it

I understood from first time. Triggering of side airbags from seats is done by the ecu based on the signal received from the doors sensors.



One of my friends has issues with the sensors connections in the door, that's why I know. You can connect the cable, but since the sensors are not fitted and ecu is not coded, will not work.
